The problem
A homeowner off Liberty Street called about a faint musty smell with no stain anywhere. [PLACEHOLDER copy]
What we did
Sean opened one section of 1900s plaster and found a pinhole leak wicking into the framing for months — caught before it became a structural repair. Re-piped in copper, pressure-tested. [PLACEHOLDER copy]

$180
The repair came in around $180. Catching it early is what kept it a plumbing call instead of a much bigger one.
